Easter

The day before Good Friday we made Easter eggs. They turned out to be very 

colourful and a bit sparkly too!

(they are now on the wall so come and have a look!)

Race Relations Day

This day was really fun. It started out with an amazing parade and ended with lots of cultural crafts. In the middle we played games from other cultures.

SO many things!

There has been so many cool things and lots of great learning that we have done in Room 2 this is going to be exciting!

 We have been practicing our writing outside with water and chalk. The best part is if you make a mistake it will disappear!

 The flowers in our Butterfly house had all died so Mrs Rennie-Younger gave us some new ones to plant. 

Tadah!

 For a language experience we went a played in the sandpit and talked about how sand feels. It feels slimy and cold when it is wet. Then we did some awesome writing when we got back to class.

 For art we made Tapa designs and painted them onto coloured paper.

 For St Patrick's Day week this was our fun poem and this is how we decorated it in our Poem books :) (we still sing this poem lots!)
