People from Room 2 are famous AGAIN!!

They were in our school newsletter this Monday which was VERY exciting!

Chinese Lantern Festival in Room 2

We made Chinese Lanterns in Room 2! It was great fun coloring them in and then choosing the colours of the streamers to add.
When Miss Linehan had finished putting the handles on and the streamers we took this photo...

Because they looked so awesome we wanted to make them fly (and Miss Linehan decided that inside they were all going to get ruined!) so we hung them outside to watch them fly in the wind.

(Now they are hanging inside our classroom, come and have a look!)

Swimming Carnival

Yesterday the Junior school had their Swimming carnival. 

It was a beautiful sunny afternoon and a perfect day to be in the pool!

We did so well! You couldn't tell it was our first ever swimming carnival!
